Project Planning & DeliveryDefine project scope, timelines, deliverables, and resource needsDevelop detailed project plans, track progress, and manage riskLead Agile or hybrid delivery methodologies where appropriateClient EngagementServe as the primary point of contact for clients during engagementsBuild strong relationships and communicate project status transparentlyFacilitate client workshops and presentationsTeam Leadership & CoordinationCoordinate cross-functional teams including data engineers, analysts, architects, and consultantsAllocate resources and manage team workloads efficientlyEnsure all team members are aligned on project goals and deliverablesBudget & ReportingManage project budgets, forecasts, and profitabilityMonitor KPIs and provide regular reports to internal and external stakeholdersLead post-project reviews and contribute to continuous improvementQualifications & Skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of project management experience in a consulting or data-focused environment
• Strong understanding of data and analytics concepts: data pipelines, cloud platforms (Azure,AWS), BI tools, etc.
• PMP, or Agile certification is an asset
• Proficiency in project management tools (, Jira, MS Project)
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
• Bilingual (English/French) preferred in Canadian markets
