In this role, you will contribute to pioneering breakthroughs in healthcare through effective management of cloud-based services. You will play a critical role in ensuring optimal operations and providing exceptional service to customers, working collaboratively across various teams. Accountabilities

• Providing operations, onboarding and migration services for cloud and on-prem computing services
• Troubleshooting Varian Applications Suite and underlying technologies
• Leading technical upgrades and configuration of monitoring solutions for Azure and Windows technologies
• Solving complex technical problems and documenting solutions for future improvements
• Reporting on current infrastructure status and planning for future usage
• Coordinating workload and escalations to appropriate teams or partners
• Providing technical support to Project Managers during project phases
• Enhancing monitoring processes for proactive incident detection
• Automating and optimizing Azure maintenance tasks
• Serving as a technical mentor to team members

Requirements

• Bachelors degree and 5+ years of relevant professional experience in the IT/Cloud industry, or 10+ years of direct IT/Cloud support experience
• Two years plus experience installing or supporting Varian Applications Suite
• Ability to manage under pressure and respond to changing priorities
• Skill in explaining complex technical solutions to diverse audiences
• Proven ability to develop innovative technical solutions
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills
• Current proficiency in Windows Server OS, Citrix, Active Directory, Domain Trusts
• Experience with IT Service Management tools
