Senior Oracle Time and Labour Consultant; Cloud Remote

As a Senior Oracle Time and Labour Consultant, you'll be responsible for consulting on timekeeping, payroll and benefits issues within the business.
You will work closely with all of our internal teams including HR, Finance and IT to ensure that everything is in order.

Requirements

• Offer recommendations and advice on a range of topics that include:
  To deliver clear and concise knowledge of all Oracle product offerings, including the database, database appliance, software, and appliances
• The role will also be involved in Cloud and HCM Software development and Project Management.
• Knowledge of cloud technologies is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Works with Oracle to develop solutions that meet client needs by presenting information as well as developing production plans based on actual historical data to predict potential risks.
• Collaborates with Oracle to define roles and responsibilities of each stakeholder involved in the project and works in conjunction with Oracle Time and Labour Consultant for SAP and People Soft projects

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Oracle Cloud Computing and/or Big Data Development.
• Minimum of 5 years experience with Oracle Database and/or Oracle Time and Labour Management a plus.
• Experience in using Oracle software and/or Oracle database necessary.
• Experience working with Time and Labour Management a plus.
