We work with global enterprises to design and build data platforms that power digital products used by millions of users. Our projects involve large‑scale datasets, complex distributed pipelines, and real business impact.
What You'll Do
- Design, build, and maintain scalable ETL / ELT pipelines using Databricks, PySpark, and AWS
- Work with large, complex datasets in production environments
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable Python and advanced SQL
- Build pipelines from scratch, not just maintain existing ones
- Ensure data quality, performance, reliability, and cost efficiency
- Collaborate closely with product, analytics, and engineering teams to translate business needs into technical solutions
- Contribute to architectural decisions and data engineering best practices
What We’re Looking For
- 7+ years of experience as a Data Engineer
- Strong, hands‑on experience with Python, SQL (advanced), PySpark, Databricks (production experience required) and AWS
- Proven experience designing and building end‑to‑end data pipelines
- Solid understanding of distributed data processing and data modeling
- Fluent English, both written and spoken
Salary range: CA $83,000 - CA $153,000 annually, with final compensation determined by your qualifications, expertise, experience, and the role's scope.
Location:
This is a fully remote position; however, candidates must be based in regions that align with the Pacific, Central, or Eastern U.S. time zones to ensure effective collaboration with client and team schedules.
