• Coordinate projects between external partners and internal teams, including merchandising and operations
• Conduct store visits to monitor project progress and address any arising issues
• Prepare project timelines, critical paths, and stakeholder plans
• Collaborate with stakeholders for effective planning and execution of projects
• Maintain project charters to track progress and resolve deficiencies

• Minimum of 3 years of project management or coordination experience
• At least 3 years of experience in directly leading projects
• Strong knowledge of process improvement
• Excellent communication and analytical skills
• Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

• Experience in the technology retail industry
• Familiarity with project management software tools
• Proven ability to work collaboratively in a remote work environment
• Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability
• Previous experience in stakeholder management
