YOUR TEAM

We recruit top talent and give them space to thrive. You’ll collaborate with architects, business analysts, and delivery managers under the leadership of the Service Now Development Director. No egos—just smart people solving complex problems together, alongside QA and change management teams whose mission is to deliver reliable and scalable solutions.

WHAT TO EXPECT

Your day-to-day will include:

• Participating in grooming sessions to clarify client requirements
• Documenting technical solutions in user stories
• Estimating development effort and contributing to sprint planning
• Developing, configuring, and coding using best practices
• Performing unit tests and code reviews
• Collaborating with QA to resolve issues
• Deploying updates and managing Service Now applications

You must be comfortable in environments that are not always well-defined and be able to adapt to rapidly changing contexts.

EXPERIENCE WE’RE LOOKING FOR

The following experiences will help you succeed in this role. However, if you meet only some criteria—especially in Service Now implementation—we’d still love to consider your application. We prioritize potential above all.

• Minimum 3 years of IT experience, including 2 years with Service Now (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, Sec Ops, App Engine)
• Experience with JavaScript, Angular, SOAP/REST, XML/HTML/CSS
• Knowledge of Service Now portals and Agile/Scrum practices
• Problem-solving and teamwork skills
• Proficiency in written and spoken French

Assets

• Service Now certifications (CSA, CAD, CIS, MC)
• ITIL certification
• Experience with Angular JS, Bootstrap, CSS
• Knowledge of SDLC and ITIL practices
