Overview

Role Summary & Focus Areas

  • This associate is a Media Operations Specialist for all Paid Media across PNCA and MWCA
  • This associate drives accountability across Mars One Demand and One Mars teams by establishing E2E workflows, cross-functional dependencies, process governance, & SLA enforcement.
  • This associate owns project management organization tools like com to deliver executional excellence for the business.

Transparency matters to us. For this role, you can expect a salary between $75- $85,000 annually, depending on experience.

Responsibilities

Media Operation & Standard Process Governance

  • ownership as single project management source of truth for all for deadlines, decisions, and delivery of briefs, assets, and approval.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to brief, create, and deliver copy, assets etc. per specs and platform/channel needs.
  • Drive execution excellence and accountability of projects through clear process governance and escalation to Mars and IAT stakeholders.
  • Responsible for plan adherence to Mars media principles, brand safety, & compliance.

Agency & Partner Management

  • Own and update  with any decisions, changes and actionable next steps relating to campaigns and budgets in weekly IMC status and biweekly IAT connects.
  • Escalate delays, blockers, or quality issues early with clear mitigation paths.
  • Establish operational governance to improve accountability, service, and reporting cadence.
  • Track agency and partner recommendations and ensure

Integrated Communications Planning Process

  • Facilitate and manage planning WBS with IAT and One Demand team
  • Own and manage all planning share back meetings & deadlines to drive IAT accountability
  • Consolidate and record feedback & notes for IAT action/revisions in timely manner per planning milestones.

Media Campaign Support

  • Owns completion of trafficking templates and act as one of many QA checkpoints to ensure
  • creative and copy adheres to platform requirements per creative matrix.
  • Manage risk log and escalation for any delays, missing inputs, approvals needed across the IAT and One Demand teams.
  • Maintain log of creative, spend pacing, and audience discussions and decisions/changes on
  • Send out weekly project updates to Mars One Demand team for clear socialization of campaign statuses.

Continue Process Improvement

  • Maintain and evolve Mars Media processes and playbooks, along with documentation and One Demand onboarding for
