Position: Project Manager (12 Months contract)
Who we need
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare, Information Technology, Business, or related field or equivalent work experience.PMP Certification considered an asset (preference will be given to those with certification)Experience
Minimum 3-5 years of project management experience, with a focus on IT initiatives and business process improvementExperience managing medium to large scale projects, with a high degree of complexity, from both a business and technology focusProven project success in working on large projects, involving multiple departments, on time and within budgetExperience working with a national organization with multiple sites is an asset.Experience with CRM Salesforce migration in the fundraising space considered an asset.Skills
Strong project planning and project management skills, process mapping, negotiation skills, problem solving, stakeholder management, and analytical skillsAdvanced MS Office, SharePoint knowledge.Knowledge of Smartsheet is considered an assetSolid understanding of system configurations and data flowExcellent verbal/written communication and presentation skills to effectively communicate with stakeholders across the organization, including senior and executive managementTenacity to coordinate resolution of reported issuesExcellent attention to detailDemonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environmentAbility to create or enhance support documents and quick reference guides on assigned topicsBilingualism (English/French) is considered an assetWhat we offer
