Are you passionate about helping organisations unlock the full potential of Dev Ops and cloud technologies? We're looking for a skilled Dev Ops / DevX Consultant to join our Dev Ops Advisory  team within the wider Business Technology practice.

In this client-facing role, you’ll work at the intersection of strategy, engineering, and operations—advising enterprise clients on how to modernise their development capabilities, optimise delivery pipelines, and drive innovation across their technology landscape. You’ll be instrumental in enabling sustainable digital transformation through best-in-class Dev Ops and Developer Experience practices.

• Drive Capability Uplift:
  Assess, design, and implement Dev Ops strategies that enhance agility, reduce time-to-market, and deliver measurable business value.
• Modernise Developer
  
  Experience:
  
  Help organisations reimagine their developer workflows—improving tooling, automation, architecture, and team dynamics across the software lifecycle.
• Optimise Existing Investments:
  Align Dev Ops improvements with current ITSM tools and frameworks to maximise ROI and streamline operations.
• Shape Strategic Roadmaps:
  Develop tailored Dev Ops maturity roadmaps leveraging next-gen technologies including Platform Engineering, Product Operating Models, and Generative AI.
• Lead Collaborative Change:
  Partner with senior stakeholders to co-create modern operating models and embed transformation across culture, process, and technology.

We're seeking candidates who bring strong consulting experience, technical credibility, and the ability to influence change  skills and attributes include :

• Proven experience designing and implementing lean processes across engineering, product, and operations teams.
• Strong background in agile delivery, with the ability to coach clients through Dev Ops and digital transformation initiatives.
• Comfortable defining and tracking OKRs / KPIs to measure engineering performance and drive continuous improvement.
• In-depth understanding of hybrid and multi-cloud environments, CI / CD pipelines, Dev Sec Ops , SRE, observability, and ITIL practices.
• Experience working with developers to implement and evolve monitoring and observability strategies is a plus.
