MSZ Systems is a growing Canada-based IT staffing firm. We are looking for an experienced staffing professional who already has strong client relationships and can help us expand our client base. This role is ideal for someone who excels at opening doors and bringing new business through their existing network.

• Bring IT staffing clients from your existing professional network
• Introduce MSZ Systems as a trusted staffing delivery partner
• Qualify client needs and help initiate engagements
• Work directly with leadership on pricing, delivery, and onboarding
• Focus primarily on client acquisition — we support delivery execution

• 5+ years in IT staffing sales or full-desk roles
• Proven ability to bring clients or active accounts
• Strong relationships with hiring managers, MSPs, or vendors
• Entrepreneurial mindset; prefers autonomy over hierarchy
• Comfortable with a commission-driven model

• 100% commission-based (high percentage per placement)
• No cap on earnings
