We are seeking a skilled Data Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience of managing data using AI prompts, python scripts, MySQL database clients and ensuring data integrity. If you’re detail-oriented, highly organized, and passionate about data management, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities- Create, manage and maintain AI prompts using in-house tools and automated data processing scripts written in Python.
- Review, validate, and import energy data into MySQL databases from multiple sources including spreadsheets, ensuring consistency and quality.
- Process, clean, and validate large datasets to support business operations.
- Develop and execute queries, reports, and scripts for data extraction and analysis.
- Monitor database performance and troubleshoot issues as needed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and provide support.
- Maintain documentation for database structures, processes, and best practices.
- Proficiency in writing AI prompts and automating the submission of prompts and data to LLMs via it’s API using Python.
- Experience with data processing, validation, and reporting.
- Good knowledge of SQL and database management best practices.
- Familiarity with data security and GDPR compliance.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with web programming languages (e.g., PHP, Laravel, JavaScript) for the representation of data.
- Knowledge of cloud database services and hosting solutions.
- Background in energy management or related fields.
