Data Administrator – Energy Services

We are seeking a skilled Data Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience of managing data using AI prompts, python scripts, MySQL database clients and ensuring data integrity. • Create, manage and maintain AI prompts using in-house tools and automated data processing scripts written in Python.
• Review, validate, and import energy data into MySQL databases from multiple sources including spreadsheets, ensuring consistency and quality.
• Process, clean, and validate large datasets to support business operations.
• Develop and execute queries, reports, and scripts for data extraction and analysis.
• Monitor database performance and troubleshoot issues as needed.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and provide support.
• Maintain documentation for database structures, processes, and best practices.

• Proficiency in writing AI prompts and automating the submission of prompts and data to LLMs via it’s API using Python.
• Experience with data processing, validation, and reporting.
• Good knowledge of SQL and database management best practices.
• Familiarity with data security and GDPR compliance.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Familiarity with web programming languages (e.g., PHP, Laravel, JavaScript) for the representation of data.
• Knowledge of cloud database services and hosting solutions.
