A fast-growing SaaS scale-up based in the UK is seeking a Remote Onboarding Specialist to help customers successfully navigate complex CRM data challenges. In this fully remote role, you'll lead onboarding programmes, conduct training sessions, and troubleshoot CRM issues with a tech-savvy approach. Ideal candidates have 2-5 years of experience in SaaS onboarding or customer success, and a solid understanding of CRM systems like Hub Spot or Salesforce.

Competitive salary up to £60,000, with opportunities for progression and equity in the company.
