Job Title : D365 CE Functional Consultant

Location: Remote (UK-based) with occasional travel (You must be base in the UK / Ireland)

We are seeking a Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) Functional Consultant to join our growing client. • Lead requirements gathering sessions and translate business needs into functional solutions.
• Configure and implement D365 CE modules (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing).
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure successful solution delivery.
• Provide end-user training and support during deployment and post-go-live.
• Document functional specifications and maintain project documentation.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, ensuring best practices and optimal use of D365 CE.

• Proven experience as a D365 CE Functional Consultant.
• Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 CE applications and Power Platform.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
• Microsoft certifications (MB-210, MB-230, MB-240) are highly desirable.
