About the Project / RoleYou will join a diverse, global team of Dev Ops engineers who support the migration, deployment, and reliability of systems in a cloud-first environment, using automation and best practices to deliver scalable, high-performing infrastructure. The role exists to improve service delivery, support customer-facing applications, and introduce Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) techniques into daily operations.
You Will- Work as part of a global Dev Ops team to migrate and optimise systems for Azure cloud and hybrid environments.
- Deploy and manage applications using CI / CD pipelines and automate infrastructure and support processes.
- Build, support and optimise 24x7 production environments, rapidly learn existing systems to ensure high availability.
- Introduce and apply SRE and IaC practices, collaborate with developers and other technical teams to improve observability, reliability, and efficiency.
- Participate in rostered on-call support and troubleshooting, ensuring timely incident response and system recovery.
- Experience implementing CI / CD and version-control practices using Azure Dev Ops, Git Hub Actions, or similar tools.
- Practical knowledge of Windows Server and / or CentOS, Azure Cloud, networking, Docker and Kubernetes.
- Practical knowledge of IaC tools (e.g., Terraform, Power Shell, Helm charts).
- Practical knowledge of at least one observability tool (preferably Datadog, Grafana, ELK stack, or Azure monitoring, etc.).
- Security-minded person with some exposure to security tools (OWASP, Sonar cloud or similar).
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with a strong sense of ownership and quality-first mindset.
- Clear communicator and effective team player, fluent in English (B2 or higher).
