We're now looking for a talented Operations Analyst - Machine Learning to join the team!
👉 What you'll be doing:- Onboard new clients to the Chattermill platform by analysing large, unstructured data sets and creating robust data taxonomies that form the foundation for our machine learning models
- Provide client support by troubleshooting issues that arise in model performance (such as data shifts) that may require alterations to data taxonomies or models
- Develop and share best practices for working with data and improving data quality across the organisation
- Optimise and implement solutions that help streamline internal processes and drive scalability
- Contribute to research and development in collaboration with our Data Science and Product Teams
What you’ll need:
- A passion for working with data and uncovering patterns in unstructured information
- Experience collaborating with end users as well as both technical and commercial teams
- Excellent communication skills and confidence in participating in client-facing calls
- A strong eye for detail — you notice the nuances that build client trust
- The ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities effectively
- Reliability, time management, and organisational skills
- Technical curiosity and a keen interest in AI – a love of experimenting to make the most of available technology
- The ability to translate complex technical concepts for non technical audiences (and vice versa!)
- Have experience working with Python and SQL
- Have experience working with both qualitative and quantitative data, for example from a STEM degree
