  • Build dashboards and reports in Power BI to track campaigns, user journeys and platform performance.
  • Use behavioural analytics tools (GA4, Hotjar, Heap) to identify optimisation opportunities.
  • Design, execute and evaluate A / B tests and other controlled experiments; apply statistical methods to support decision‑making.
  • Implement and manage tracking via Google Tag Manager, ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
  • Build and maintain attribution models to assess channel performance and ROAS.
  • Conduct cohort analyses and audience segmentation to support targeted marketing and retention initiatives.

  • Strong SQL skills; experience with GA4, Power BI and CRM / marketing platforms (Hub Spot, Salesforce).
  • Hands‑on experience with behavioural analytics tools (Hotjar, Heap, Mixpanel, Amplitude).
  • Experience with tagging, tracking and web analytics implementation.
  • Strong understanding of A / B testing, attribution modelling and statistical analysis.
  • Ability to communicate complex insights clearly to technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
  • Self‑motivated, collaborative, and able to thrive in a fast‑paced, fully remote environment.
What’s on Offer
  • Competitive salary (£50,000) plus 10% quarterly bonus.
  • Fully remote working with flexible arrangements.
  • Join an award‑winning, people‑focused business recognised for innovation and inclusion.
  • Opportunity to influence digital strategy and drive measurable business impact.
