A healthcare service provider in Preston is seeking an IT Service Desk Analyst to support over 8,500 users across Lancashire and South Cumbria. The ideal candidate will require effective communication skills and the ability to manage a high volume of calls while being part of an ITIL driven Service Desk team. Candidates should be educated to GCSE standard with NVQ level III and have, or be working towards, an ITIL Foundation qualification.
