WordPress Project Manager; Remote

• Be in charge of 80+ Word Press sites, this is expected to grow to ~100 in 1-2 years
• Coordinate work for a small team of Word Press developers and designers including task management, process management, and ensuring delivery to scheduled targets
• Manage Word Press projects inside the entity including workflow, technical solutions, consistency and reusability of components, resources, and deadlines
• Handle security, GDPR compliance (ex. cookies, personal information, etc.), backup processes, and best practices in building sites
• Ensure the WP sites are updatable by non-technical clients based on architecture and standards determined from the start
• Make sure that our site development supports our internal teams doing updates of Word Press sites by themselves, when possible

• At least 4 years of experience in a digital marketing agency-type environment
• At least 2 years of experience as a project manager
• Experience managing a small team of Word Press developers throughout their site development cycle
• Experience managing a small design team and providing feedback on design outputs
• Knowledge of server management such as implementing SSL certificates, setting DNS entries, configuring email (SPF, DKIM, DMARC), etc.
• Basic knowledge of Word Press for better understanding of the project requirements
• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
