As a Senior Technical Product Manager, you will shape our product roadmap, solve core technical challenges, and deliver features that increase revenue, retention, and market differentiation.

You will report directly to the CEO and will partner closely with engineering to guide technical decisions and product execution.

• Perform a deep technical and product diagnosis of our end-to-end stack : proxies, WHMCS dependencies, networking layers, billing flows, internal tooling, and customer needs.
• Recommend how to build the proxy platform in the most agile and lean way, decoupled from the current tech stack.
• Create a 90-day execution plan that aligns technical realities with business goals.

• Technical Outcome Ownership :
  Own and define the technical foundation that enables fast, reliable feature development and future scalability.
• Engineering Leadership & Collaboration :
  Partner with engineers to guide technical decisions, evaluate performance, and provide corrective direction.
• Product Outcome Ownership :
  Define and own product north-star metrics and demonstrate causality between product decisions and customer outcomes.
• Customer Discovery :
  Conduct ICP interviews, translate insights into product priorities, and validate value delivered.

• Deep Technical Product Skills :
  Extensive knowledge of networking, proxies, APIs, IP pools, and the ability to read code and guide engineering decisions.
• Experience with Developer-First Products : APIs, SDKs, integrations, lifecycle governance, and familiarity with code constraints.
• System Thinking :
  Ability to anticipate dependencies and identify bottlenecks within complex technical systems.
• Business Acumen :
  Translate revenue, cost, ROI, and market dynamics into product decisions.
• Product Discovery & Research Excellence :
  Structured frameworks for customer needs and validation before building.
• Data & Analytics Competency :
  Ability to pull data, build dashboards, interpret metrics, and prioritize the roadmap.
• AI & Coding Proficiency :
  Use AI tools for rapid iteration while maintaining high quality.
• Career Background

5+ years B2B SaaS experience targeting SMBs / mid-market.

5+ years engineering background.

5+ years in SaaS infrastructure, API platforms, devtools, networking, or proxy / web-scraping environments.

2+ years in broader business or product involvement beyond backlog and technical delivery.

Familiarity with SaaS product metrics.

Fluent in English, written and verbal.
