• IT Degree and/or relevant qualifications
• Project management qualification and/or relevant experience
• Degree / Diploma in Information Technology or related qualification for IT Technical Support

• Experience in IT Infrastructure Management and/or Operations / 1st / 2nd Level Support
• Experienced in LINUX (Linux Support - operations and administration)
• Change Management (CM)
• IT Service Management (ITSM)
• Release Planning
• Start Up Management (SUM)
• System Monitoring
• Technical Continuity Management (TCM)
• Knowledge of Group YPA (Advantageous)
• Excellent proficiency in Agile Tool Chain (JIRA Confluence)
• Any additional responsibilities assigned in the Agile Working Model (AWM) Charter

• Experience with Output Management Solutions (Spooling Systems Document Composition)
• Experience with Exstream and/or VPSX solutions
• A team player with leadership skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
• Experience in IT middleware platforms/architectures based on Unix/Linux OS
• Maintain a positive attitude focused on customer satisfaction
• Good Knowledge of output management solutions on Unix/Linux operating systems

• Perform all tasks in a 100% agile manner according to the agile guidelines agreed by the department
• Awareness of agile roles defined within the environment
• Maintaining a high awareness of user needs regarding output management requirements
• Keeping deep knowledge about underlying Group infrastructure master solutions (Unix Storage : SAN NAS etc. mounting and unmounting of Shares Share credentials)
• Interacting with other IT architects as needed to ensure fitting infrastructure solutions
• Understanding and incorporating all relevant IT security guidelines of the Group
• Provide or support all necessary Group IT documentation (Operations Manuals)
• Ticket creation and resolving requests for incident management change management and problem management and ITIL support processes at Enterprise level
• Ticket creation co-ordination and communication with service groups responsible for failures affecting Output Management Infrastructure daily operations
• Adhere to set SLAs for service delivery of Operational pre-requisites
• Maintain Output Management landscape to required supportable Software version levels
• Provide Output Management Operations Monitoring support to ensure operational uptime for all business applications across multiple countries (Germany South Africa China America etc.)
• Support Output Management Dev / Maint Team with required Project tasks
