On behalf of our Utilities client, Procom is searching for a SharePoint Online Developer for a full-time role. This position is a hybrid position with 2 days onsite at our client’s Edmonton office.

SharePoint Online Developer
- Job Description:


Procom is recruiting for a SharePoint Online Developer to support our Corporate Intranet Modernization Project, migrating our intranet capabilities to M365. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing SharePoint Online solutions, including the migration of existing intranet content and functionality from legacy platforms.

SharePoint Online Developer - Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, document, and maintain SharePoint Online solutions

• Collaborate with business analysts, content owners, and IT teams

• Migrate legacy intranet content and functionality to SharePoint Online

• Develop custom components using SPFx, Power Automate, and Power Apps

• Ensure alignment with client's governance and security standards

• Document technical designs and contribute to implementation plans

• Support testing and troubleshooting during migration and post-deployment

SharePoint Online Developer - Mandatory

Skills:



• Minimum 3+ years of experience developing solutions in SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365

• Strong understanding of SharePoint architecture, site collections, permissions, and metadata

• Experience with SharePoint Framework (SPFx), Power Automate, and Power Apps

• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Type Script

SharePoint Online Developer – Nice-to-Have

Skills:



• Experience with migration tools such as Share Gate

• Familiarity with Microsoft Teams and integration with Share Point

• Experience with Azure Active Directory and Microsoft Graph API

• Knowledge of corporate intranet design principles and user experience best practices

• Experience working in hybrid environments and with Agile project teams

This is a contract position ending July 2026, with potential for extension.
