Three Peaks International is a Sydney based staffing solutions partner which provides local and virtual staffing solutions to Australian businesses through outsourcing, recruitment, and migration.

We are looking for an experienced SEO Specialist to boost the clients' online presence through strategic SEO initiatives. The ideal candidate will have expertise in on-page and off-page SEO, technical audits, backlink building, and search console management.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct technical audits to fix crawlability and indexability issues.
• Perform keyword research and optimize content for relevance and engagement.
• Enhance meta tags, headers, URLs, and internal links for better rankings.
• Develop backlink strategies, manage Google Search Console, and use schema markup.
• Monitor backlinks, disavow toxic links, and stay updated with SEO trends.
• Use tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Moz for performance tracking.
• Provide updates and insights to clients and the internal team, aligning SEO with broader marketing efforts.
• Contribute to client proposals and participate in strategy sessions.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3-5 years of SEO experience, preferably in an agency.
• Proven success in ranking competitive keywords and maintaining top positions.
• Experience with CMS and SEO plugins (e.g., Word Press, Yoast).
• Strong data analysis, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills for explaining SEO concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
• Commitment to staying current with SEO trends and algorithm updates.
