We are seeking a highly analytical, results-driven specialist to optimize the entire customer journey, from first click to final purchase, boosting conversion rate and profitability for our partners.

• Develop, prioritize, and manage a robust A/B testing roadmap focused on KPIs such as Conversion Rate, Average Order Value, and Revenue Per Visitor.
• Use tools (Google Analytics, Hotjar) to conduct deep quantitative and qualitative analyses, identifying friction points on product pages, cart, and checkout.
• Design, set up, and execute A/B and multivariate tests end-to-end, ensuring statistical rigor and actionable conclusions.
• Collaborate with design and development teams to recommend and implement winning test variations that improve UX permanently.
• Track all test results and optimization data, contributing to reporting that identifies winning strategies and drives learning across the organization.

• 1+ years proven experience in Conversion Rate Optimization or e-commerce analytics.
• Comfortable with high-growth e-commerce tools and metrics (AOV, LTV, CR, Shopify or similar).
• Outstanding analytical and data skills, able to interpret complex datasets, formulate hypotheses, and calculate statistical significance.
• Familiarity with A/B testing platforms (VWO, Google Optimize, Optimizely) and web analytics software (Google Analytics, GA4).
• Highly motivated self-starter comfortable thriving in a remote, high-performance setting.
