As we continue to expand globally, we are seeking an Entry-Level Data Entry Specialist (Remote) based in the MENA region to join our growing remote team. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented individual who enjoys working with data, values accuracy, and is eager to grow within a fast, healthcare-focused digital environment. Key Responsibilities- Accurately enter, update, and maintain data across internal systems, spreadsheets, and databases.
- Input marketing, campaign, and performance data for healthcare and wellness clients.
- Ensure consistency and accuracy across all data sources.
- Review data for errors, inconsistencies, or missing information.
- Perform routine data checks and corrections to maintain high-quality records.
- Follow established data entry standards and procedures.
- Work closely with marketing, analytics, and operations teams to support ongoing projects.
- Assist with data preparation for reports, dashboards, and client deliverables.
- Communicate clearly regarding data issues or discrepancies.
- Maintain well-organized digital files and records.
- Help document data processes and updates as needed.
- Learn internal tools, workflows, and data systems.
- Look for opportunities to improve data accuracy and efficiency.
- 0–2 years of experience in data entry, administrative support, or similar roles (internships or part-time roles accepted).
- Experience handling spreadsheets or basic databases is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field is a plus.
- Strong typing and data entry accuracy.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets.
- Basic familiarity with online databases, CRM systems, or CMS platforms is an advantage.
- Comfortable working with cloud-based tools and remote systems.
- Experience with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office.
- Familiarity with basic data validation and formatting.
- Ability to learn new tools and systems quickly.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Clear written communication skills.
- Willingness to learn, accept feedback, and grow.
- Experience working with marketing or analytics data.
- Exposure to healthcare, medical, or other regulated industries.
- Basic understanding of data privacy and confidentiality principles.
- Fluent in English;
Arabic is a strong advantage.
