A leading shipbuilding company in Batam is seeking a highly skilled Marine Technical Support Engineer to provide after-sales support, troubleshooting, and technical assistance for marine propulsion and electrical systems. The successful candidate will have a Marine Engineer Class I or II certification and proven experience as Chief Engineer on ocean-going vessels. Responsibilities include technical support, customer service, and conducting training for clients' technical staff.

The position requires strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work under pressure.
