• Develop and execute social media strategies across Facebook, Instagram, Linked In, and You Tube.
• Manage paid media campaigns, track performance, and optimise for engagement and ROI.
• Oversee community management, ensuring prompt, professional responses to online queries.
• Monitor and manage the companys online reputation across review and rating platforms.
• Analyse and report on social media performance, insights, and sentiment trends.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and customer service teams to align brand communication.
• Identify emerging trends and implement best practices for digital engagement.

• Bachelors degree or diploma in Digital Marketing, Communications, or Business

• 5+ years experience in social media management and/or digital marketing.
• Proficiency in Facebook Business Manager

• Experience with social listening and ORM (Online Reputation Management) tools.
