• Own the ‘Pre‑Swipe’ Vision, defining the long‑term strategy for Card Activation and New User Experience
• Identify and launch new features that drive user activation, such as gamified onboarding and instant wallet provisioning
• Manage the end‑to‑end checkout and activation funnel, optimizing for speed and clarity
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including Engineering and Design, to ensure a world‑class user experience
• Work with Risk, Legal, and Compliance teams to safely onboard users while maintaining efficiency

• 7+ years of Product Management experience in consumer mobile apps, fintech, or neobanks
• Proven track record in optimizing high‑stakes conversion flows such as checkouts and sign‑ups
• Experience launching new products or features that significantly changed user behavior
• Strong technical and design fluency, with an understanding of API constraints and UI/UX design
• Ability to lead without authority and align senior stakeholders through ambiguity

• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL and Amplitude to identify bottlenecks and develop solutions
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience
