• Develop and implement a cohesive product and technology strategy.
• Lead and mentor product, engineering, Dev Ops, and QA teams.
• Oversee incremental improvements to existing SaaS products.
• Collaborate with internal teams and third-party partners to enhance product offerings.
• Ensure the delivery of high-quality, user-focused products that meet commercial objectives.

• Strong product management experience in EdTech, Publishing, L&D, or broader SaaS sectors.
• Proven leadership capabilities in cross-functional teams.
• A strategic mindset with a hands-on approach to execution.
• Understanding of current trends in product and technology within the L&D space.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
