• Advise and support clients in complying with laws, regulations, and internal standards in data protection and information security
• Conduct cybersecurity risk assessments for systems and organizations based on NIST or ISO 27000
• Design and implement cybersecurity controls and develop forward-thinking security architectures and concepts
• Integrate modern security solutions into clients’ IT landscapes and independently manage exciting cybersecurity mandates
• Help clients shape their digital transformation strategically and achieve sustainable business success
• Design innovative strategies and lead teams in implementation, helping enter new markets and attract clients
• Bridge the gap between business and IT, integrating both worlds and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders
• Manage senior and junior consultants based in Zurich, coaching new team members and ensuring high-quality project delivery

• Hold at least a bachelor’s degree in a technical field and ideally hold certifications such as CISSP, CISA, CISM, or similar
• Have 10 years of professional experience in IT security or cybersecurity consulting
• Experience managing teams, coaching junior resources, and fostering a positive work environment
• Be well‑versed with applicable Swiss laws and regulations
• Passionate about cybersecurity and approach new topics with curiosity and initiative
• Understand computer architectures and network technologies and quickly put new knowledge into practice
• Communicate confidently in German and English – French a plus
