Requirement & Responsibilities:
- Minimum 7 years of experience in a Dev Ops role, with a strong focus on the AWS environment.
- Experience in leading or managing a Dev Ops team for at least 2 years.
- Proficiency in Docker and Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration.
- Design, implement, and manage cloud-based infrastructure on the AWS platform.
- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate software delivery processes.
- Configure and manage Docker containers and orchestration using Kubernetes.
- Collaborate with development and operations teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment of applications.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to optimize performance and reliability.
- Implement security best practices and ensure compliance with relevant standards.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to the Dev Ops team.
- Mentor and coach team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Extensive experience in implementing and managing CI/CD pipelines.
- In-depth understanding of infrastructure as code principles using tools such as Terraform or Cloud Formation.
- Strong knowledge of scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or Shell scripting.
- Experience with monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack, etc.
- Solid understanding of networking concepts and security best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
