We are looking for a Senior Dev Ops Engineer to take full ownership of scaling, automating, and optimizing infrastructure for a high-load production environment. You will work side by side with the CTO and engineering teams to design, implement, and maintain infrastructure from the ground up, ensuring reliability, scalability, and performance for a global trading platform.
Our client is a fast-growing international fintech and proprietary trading company, building a next-generation trading platform with a global user base. Operating in a fast-paced, zero-bureaucracy environment, the company integrates with multiple trading systems (REST/Web Sockets APIs) and processes real-time financial data.
Location:- Dubai, UAE full-time office role.

- 5+ years of hands-on experience in Dev Ops/Infrastructure Engineering;
- Deep knowledge of AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS, Elasti Cache, EKS, Cloud Watch);
- Strong experience with Terraform (IaC);
- Solid background with Kubernetes, Docker, and microservice deployments;
- Proven track record in building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines;
- Experience with high-load systems, performance optimization, and large datasets (>500M rows);
- Proficiency in Redis, Postgre
SQL, or Click House; - Experience with message brokers like Kafka;
- Strong Linux skills; experience with Windows VMs is a plus;
- English at B2/C1 level for daily international communication.
- Previous experience in fintech, trading, or other real-time data environments;
- Experience setting up observability stacks (logging, monitoring, alerts) from scratch;
- Hands-on work with hybrid Linux/Windows infrastructure.
- Automate and scale infrastructure for a high-load trading platform;
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for multiple development teams;
- Provision and manage infrastructure using Terraform and AWS services;
- Containerize applications and manage orchestration via Kubernetes (EKS);
- Set up and maintain observability tools: logging, monitoring, and alerts;
- Collaborate closely with backend and frontend developers to streamline deployment workflows;
- Optimize the performance and scalability of services working with large datasets and streaming data (Kafka).
