The Role

As our Paid Media Specialist, you’ll lead the charge in developing and managing paid media campaigns across key platforms like Google Ads and Meta Ads. You’ll work hands-on with clients ranging from start-ups to established brands, providing strategic insights and optimising campaigns to deliver results that matter.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategise, implement, and optimise paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and potentially Tik Tok Ads, Linked In Ads, and more.
• Utilise media mix modelling to give clients unbiased, actionable insights for campaign success.
• Build strong client relationships, understanding their unique goals and adjusting strategies to match.
• Collaborate within a supportive team that values growth, learning, and transparency.

Essential Skills & Experience:

• 2-4 years of paid media experience, ideally within an agency setting.
• Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Google Analytics.
• Strong client-facing and account management skills.
• Experience or a willingness to learn Google Tag Manager.

Bonus Skills:

• Knowledge of additional platforms (Tik Tok Ads, Linked In Ads, etc.).
• Experience with Google Data Studio and Funnel.
• A knack for adding unique value to a dynamic team.
