Job Overview:

We are seeking a Red Hat Team Leader to join our dynamic delivery teams, providing technical leadership and subject matter expertise across multiple projects. This is a hands-on role where you'll use your experience in Red Hat Open Shift, automation technologies, and team leadership to design, build, and implement robust solutions. You’ll also mentor junior engineers, contribute to architectural decisions, and help drive innovation across the team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a technical leader and SME within the Red Hat ecosystem, especially around Open Shift and Kubernetes platforms.
• Collaborate with delivery teams to design, build, and implement scalable and secure solutions.
• Provide expert consultancy to stakeholders and guide engineering teams through problem-solving and technical decisions.
• Mentor and support less experienced engineers to help them grow their skills and deliver high-quality work.
• Ensure solutions align with best practices, business requirements, and security standards.
• Lead and contribute to automation initiatives to streamline infrastructure and deployment processes.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with both technical and business stakeholders.

Must-Have Skills:

• Proven experience with Red Hat Open Shift Container Platform.
• Strong knowledge of Ansible and/or Ansible Tower.
• Demonstrated team leadership skills and experience mentoring engineers.
• Track record of delivering complex technical projects in a collaborative environment.

Ideally You'll Also Have:

• Experience with Terraform or other infrastructure-as-code tools.
• Expertise in Red Hat Enterprise Linux System Administration.
• Familiarity with Istio Service Mesh and IBM Turbonomic.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities across projects.
• Passion for knowledge sharing and enabling junior talent.
• A growth mindset and readiness to learn new tools and technologies rapidly.
