The Team and Impact

You’ll work with a squad and be part of a cross‑organizational team driving the future of Proton’s B2B ecosystem. You will have an impact on a new business segment by driving the development of new features and building a long‑term strategy.

What You Will Do

We are looking for a Lead Product Manager to lead the development of Proton’s products in the B2B market space. Product at Proton sits at the intersection of engineering, growth, data, and design. Your responsibility will be to participate in developing the product features from scratch with huge potential as Proton enters a new market. You will work cross‑functionally with all product teams to:

  • Work with senior leadership to define a strategic vision and roadmap for the B2B ecosystem.
  • Ensure that we are building, shipping, and supporting the right features that deliver impactful value over time.
  • Drive product innovation, develop novel, game‑changing features that expand our value proposition to new user segments and increase our defensibility.
  • Define and own what success looks like in terms of adoption, activation, and retention.
  • Facilitate collaboration between product, engineering, growth, and marketing to align on vision and execution.
  • Lead teams through execution, troubleshoot, and solve problems involving multiple teams inside and outside product.
  • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and gather customer feedback to inform decisions.
  • Anticipate growth ceilings and define scaling strategies to prevent them, including managing projects beyond pure product work and building foundational technology, tools, and processes such as a customer engagement platform.
  • Set a fast pace for the team, help them overcome blockers, and execute faster.
What We Are Looking For
  • 7–10 years of experience in product management in B2B SaaS, preferably in security and/or productivity contexts.
  • Proven track‑record of successful product and major feature launches in fast‑paced environments.
  • Strategic leader with an analytical and data‑driven mindset and a track record for delivering products and features on time and with commercial success.
  • Strong empathy for the customer, user‑centric mindset, and an unwillingness to lower standards.
  • A strong innate sense for good UX and a love for design.
  • Experience building and managing high‑performing teams.
  • A work ethic of going above and beyond to make things happen; ability to be hands‑on and thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Deep technical acumen, able to contribute to technical decisions.
  • Technical background (ideally a Computer Science degree with specialization in security).
What We Offer
  • Office‑first culture with offices in Geneva, Zurich, Prague, Barcelona, Paris, London, Vilnius, Skopje, and Taipei; up to 30 % remote work.
  • All devices and software you need.
  • Lunch and snacks provided at our offices.
  • Transport support: public transport subsidies, bike…
