As a dedicated Media Researcher, you will become one of our secret weapons in getting our clients ahead of all their competitors. The research and database management work you undertake will give our teams the means to dominate the mindshare in their sector.

You'll be joining the team at a really interesting time, where we're already successful and mature, but on a growth curve where we're looking to take on the world. And you can skip the commute because you can be based from anywhere, working from home using well-established and mature collaboration technologies and processes to interact with our global team.

• Conduct media research and manage databases to provide teams with accurate, up-to-date information to support client campaigns and initiatives.
• Work within existing systems, optimize them, and help define new systems as we grow.
• Take complete ownership of tasks and projects and see them through until near-perfection is achieved.
• Ability to work independently on a project while also collaborating via Zoom or other communication tools with team members to discuss progress or problems.

• Genuinely detail-oriented, with satisfaction drawn from organizing information gathered from multiple sources.
• Highly organized and structured; this is a critical role where organization is paramount.
• Understands that the right data at people’s fingertips provides a firm foundation for success.
• Fascination with advanced technologies and enjoyment of being immersed in various technology fields where we serve clients.
• Creative in problem-solving, approaching tasks from multiple perspectives to reach the right answer.
• Willing to take complete ownership of tasks and projects and see them through to completion.
• Capable of working independently and also collaborating with the team via video calls to discuss progress or issues.
• Ideally has prior database management experience.
