TEAM

Sales Offer and Contracting (SOCo) – offers one intuitive omnichannel vehicle sales & contract validation process journey integrated into a standardized Group application landscape so that the customer can have one flexible, safe & cost‑efficient vehicle purchasing experience: with all Group brands in all markets and for all sales models.

Qualifications / Experience Minimum mandatory qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Design (e.g. interaction, graphic, visual communication, product, etc.) or Diploma in UI/UX Design
• 5-10 years overall UI/UX design experience of which 3-5 must be on custom web or app solutions

Advantageous experience

• Web and digital project experience advantageous
• Proven track record of successful design projects delivered
• Agile working experience

• Prototyping, wire framing, testing and iteration
• Design analytics and execution: coordination with developers, designers, analysis and iteration tracking goals; simplifying requirements to produce functional designs
• Assisting with business requirements
• Documenting requirements in an appropriate format depending on methodology followed
• Assisting with identification and management of risks

Role Requirements Design & Research

• Take complex tasks and make them intuitive and easy to use
• From creating user flows and wireframes to building user interface mock‑ups and prototypes
• Gather data from our analytics and UX research to inform and drive decisions
• Create conceptual and creative solutions for web and mobile projects utilizing the branding and design standards that meet business and user requirements
• Plan design and execute user testing

Collaboration & Stakeholder Management

• Liaise with stakeholders and team members
• Collaborate closely with business analysts, developers, designers and stakeholders to create industry‑leading products that deliver value for the customer
• Strong ability to understand and interpret business needs
• Review and present proposed system solutions to User Organisation

Mentorship & Flexibility

• Ability and willingness to coach and give training to fellow colleagues and users when required
• Flexibility to take up different tasks in the project
