MENCEMENT:
As soon as possible.
- Develop workforce enablement and training offerings ("Platform Academy") focused on FG‑2 platform technologies for local and global Hubs.
- Choose and design adequate content and technologies in close collaboration with FG‑2 / HQ and relevant Hyperscalers.
- Steering partner collaboration with external consultants.
- Align the right and preferred role‑based paths and curricula with local delivery managers, domain and product owners.
- Organize and deliver all formats locally including participant selection, communication, onsite setup as well as virtual sessions, pre‑ and post‑delivery and briefings of all support functions.
- Plan and deliver all communications, e.g. participants, their team leads, local management.
- Works to ensure participants receive high‑end enablement experience and state of the art training content and formats.
- Familiar with Agile methodologies and have prior experience working with Agile teams using Scrum/Kanban.
- Identify risks and provide relevant solutions to complex problems and on‑time delivery.
- Ensures maintaining agreed quality and standards of cloud competency upskilling and all other defined formats in accordance with GROUP Hubs.
- Hands‑on experience in working closely with Delivery Managers, Project Managers, Product Owners, feature teams, developers, solution architects.
- Certified Scrum Master or Product Owner through scrum.org or scrum alliance.
- Degree in IT or similar.
- Project Management Certificate.
- At least 5 years working within a cloud competent team.
- Working knowledge in the context of training and creating curricula.
- In‑depth knowledge of Agile Software Development methodologies and frameworks.
- Effective stakeholder and team management.
- Experience with AWS and Azure.
- Understanding of cloud competency and delivery standards.
- Well versed with steering a culture of enablementfortable working with steering a cloud competency culture.
- Strong experience working in a continuously changing and growing organization.
- Drive progressive thinking and continuous improvement.
Any additional responsibilities assigned in the Agile Working Model (AWM) Charter.
- Knowledge of user experience design principles.
- Experience with Project, Change and Transition Management and Documentation tools (e.g. Jira, Confluence, Trello).
- Operations Management.
- IT security best practices and risks.
- HR Services, Recruitment & Selection.
