This is a full-time hybrid role for a Performance Marketing Manager. The role is based in Istanbul, Turkiye, with flexibility for some remote work.

• Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns as a primary channel, and support performance marketing activities across other platforms such as Tik Tok, Meta, and additional ad networks through data-driven decisions.
• Collaborate with the creative team to provide KPI insights to produce new key creatives.
• Collaborate with product managers and data teams to align marketing strategies with business goals.
• Build and optimize advanced campaign structures, audiences, and automation flows.
• Drive creative strategy by partnering with the design team, providing data-backed insights, and testing new creative angles.
• Own the marketing analytics pipeline: ensure accurate tracking, reporting, and interpretation of campaign data.
• Ability to report, analyze and understand data.
• Continuously A/B test and try to find new approaches based on the result.
• Implement successful optimization strategies based on reported data.
• Provide insightful analysis of campaigns and their result.

• Bachelor’s Degree in related fields.
• Strong expertise in Google UAC & Search, FB App & Web Ads, Tik Tok App & Web.
• 4+ years experience in digital marketing (at least 2 years of experience in specifically Mobile Apps & Gaming industry experience).
• Proven track record of scaling UA campaigns across multiple international markets.
• Expertise in mobile attribution tools (Firebase, Apps Flyer, Google Analytics, etc).
• Outstanding analytical skills to make data-driven decisions.
