Level 2 Engineer No remote work

About the Role
We are looking for a talented Level 2 Engineer to join our growing team. This is a role where you will do far more than just fix things. You will become a trusted point of contact for clients, solving complex challenges, shaping solutions, and making a real difference to the way businesses run every day.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Providing Level 2 technical support across servers, networks and cloud solutions
• Troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software and networking issues
• Carrying out system administration tasks such as user management, backups and patching
• Supporting IT solution rollouts including network configurations and software deployments
• Documenting fixes and processes to strengthen team knowledge
• Working closely with Level 1 support and helping them develop their skills
• Proactively monitoring client systems to spot issues early
• Taking part in an on-call rotation to support clients outside core hours when needed

What You Must Have

• At least 2 years of professional experience in IT support
• Familiarity with networking technologies such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP or VPN
• Exposure to Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365
• A full UK driving licence
