We’re looking for an IT Support Engineer with hands‑on experience in IT support and infrastructure. The role is based in our Crawley office, full‑time, five days a week with an additional out‑of‑hours on‑call rota provided for extra compensation.

• First point of contact for IT support requests (email, IM, phone and in‑person).
• Support Windows applications, peripherals, Microsoft 365 and Teams.
• Manage onboarding/off‑boarding: laptop setup, accounts, access rights and licences.
• Administer user accounts and access controls (Active Directory / Entra ).
• Manage and troubleshoot endpoint management solutions (Intune / Threatlocker).
• Configure VPN, Wi‑Fi, LAN, DNS, DHCP; assist with firewall, switch configuration and security improvements.
• Collaborate on global IT projects, migrations, upgrades and security implementations.
• Develop and use basic automation scripts (Power Shell).
• Provide first‑line support for our ERP application (Quantum).
• Escalate ERP‑related issues within the IT & Transformation Team and differentiate infrastructure from application‑level issues.
• Maintain documentation of IT procedures, support tickets and solutions.

• 5+ years of IT support or IT infrastructure experience.
• Strong demonstrable knowledge of Active Directory and Entra .
• Proficiency in Windows configuration and troubleshooting.
• Experience with endpoint management tools (e.g., Intune, Threatlocker).
• Networking fundamentals: IP addressing, DNS, DHCP, VPN, Wi‑Fi troubleshooting.
• Experience in system upgrades, migrations and IT security practices.
• Excellent problem‑solving, documentation and communication skills.
