RoleOur Business Development team is looking for a talented Presales Engineer. As a Presales Engineer, you will work closely with prospects and customers to understand their business challenges, demonstrate how EFS addresses real operational needs, and support all technical and functional aspects of the sales cycle.

Responsibilities- Interact closely with prospects to understand their operational challenges, pain points, and business needs.
- Design tailored technical and functional solutions that optimize value for both the prospect and EXUS.
- Deliver high-level and in-depth product demonstrations that clearly articulate how EFS meets client requirements.
- Prepare high-quality technical and functional responses to RFPs/RFIs using strong product and domain knowledge.
- Lead the planning and execution of remote and on-site Proofs of Concept (POCs), including integration discussions and technical validation activities.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Product Management, and Delivery teams regarding new features, solution enhancements, and the handover of newly signed projects.
- Support the Marketing Team by preparing solution-related collateral such as demo videos, case studies, blog posts, and other presales assets.
- University degree along with postgraduate studies in Computer Science.
- At least 3-5 years of working experience as a Presales Engineer, ideally in the Banking or Fintech industry.
- Proven track record of demonstrating software tool solutions and executing successful proof of concept plans to enterprise prospects.
- Working experience in the B2B software industry is a plus.
- Strong understanding of IT architecture (preferably in the financial sector), cloud services, SDLC, and project management methodologies.
- Good knowledge of the debt collections business domain is a strong plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect, organize, and analyze information.
- Ability to creatively explain and present complex concepts in an easy-to-understand manner.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
