Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an IT Trainer specializing in AI and Robotics. The role is based in Pathankot district, with flexibility for some remote work. The IT Trainer will be responsible for delivering training sessions on IT concepts, AI, and robotics to various audiences. Key responsibilities include developing comprehensive training materials, creating and conducting e-learning programs, staying updated with advancements in AI and technology, and mentoring participants to acquire new skills effectively.

The role also involves troubleshooting technical challenges and supporting learners in practical implementation.

Qualifications
Strong knowledge of Information Technology and proficiency in Windows systems
Experience in Training, Teaching, and mentoring professionals or students
Knowledge of E-Learning platforms and tools with the ability to design and deliver engaging content
Understanding of AI and Robotics concepts; practical experience in these areas will be an asset
Exceptional communication and presentation skills
Problem-solving abilities and adaptability to different learning environments
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; industry certifications in AI, Robotics, or Windows systems are a plus
