We’re scaling fast and expanding our product management team in India. We’re looking for a smart, analytical Associate Product Manager who can work closely with business stakeholders, customers, and engineering teams to shape and deliver products that drive measurable impact.
Role Overview
As an Associate Product Manager, you’ll work from our Mumbai office, partnering with product, engineering, and operations teams to define, refine, and execute product roadmaps. You’ll translate customer and business needs into clear requirements, prioritize features based on impact, and ensure timely, high-quality releases. This role is ideal for someone with a strong product mindset, an understanding of enterprise or fintech systems, and a desire to grow into a full Product Owner role in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Collaborate with Product Leads and engineering teams to manage backlogs, sprints, and delivery pipelines.
• Translate customer and internal requirements into detailed BRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Work closely with engineering, QA, and AI teams to align builds with product vision and delivery timelines.
• Analyze adoption metrics, customer feedback, and performance data to propose product improvements.
• Coordinate with operations and client teams for successful rollouts and post-launch monitoring.
• Prepare release notes, sprint summaries, and stakeholder communication decks.
• Participate actively in Agile ceremonies and contribute to roadmap planning discussions.
What We’re Looking For
• 3–6 years of total experience, including 1–2 years in product management, business analysis, or product ownership.
• Strong understanding of SaaS, Fin Tech, or B2B enterprise products.
• Ability to write clear BRDs, user stories, and product documentation.
• Familiarity with Agile environments and tools like Jira, Confluence, Figma, or Notion.
• Technical fluency — able to communicate effectively with engineers, UX, and AI teams.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Bonus:
Exposure to financial systems, ERP integrations, or payments.
Note:
This is a work-from-office role. Candidates who can commute to our Mumbai office (preferably within 45 minutes) will be given priority.
