Role Overview :

We are seeking a skilled Word Press Developer with a strong understanding of Word Press core, themes, and plugins. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience and a passion for building responsive, user-friendly, and high-performance websites. This is an on-site position at our Vadodara office.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, customise, and maintain Word Press websites and themes from scratch or using existing frameworks.
Convert detailed FIGMA designs into fully functional Word Press themes.
Customise and extend Word Press plugins to meet specific project requirements.
Ensure websites are responsive, cross-browser compatible, and optimised for speed and SEO.
Troubleshoot and resolve website issues, bugs, and performance bottlenecks.
Could you collaborate with designers, project managers, and other developers to deliver projects on time?
Please make sure to implement security best practices to protect websites from vulnerabilities.
Stay updated with the latest Word Press trends, technologies, and best practices.

Required Skills &

Qualifications:

Minimum 1 year of professional experience in Word Press development.
Strong proficiency in Word Press theme and plugin development.
Excellent knowledge of PHP, MySQL, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery.
Experience working with page builders (Elementor, WPBakery, etc.) and custom theme development.
Understanding of Word Press REST API and basic knowledge of Woo Commerce.
Familiarity with version control systems (like Git) and local development environments.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Good communication skills and the ability to work in a team.

Nice to Have
:

Experience with performance optimisation tools (GTmetrix, Page Speed Insights).
Basic understanding of SEO principles.
