The role focuses on advanced IT support for endpoint migration projects and stabilisation, partnering with Endpoint Engineering, Infrastructure and Security teams.
Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in enterprise IT support, strong Windows/M365 troubleshooting, and hands-on experience with Intune, MECM/SCCM, Autopilot, AD/Entra , and security policy
