Solutions Engineer | PST or EST US | Remote

For our client, we are seeking a Solutions Engineer to join the team of a leader in the Technical Services space.

This remote role is ideal for a technically fluent pre-sales professional who can translate complex product capabilities into clear customer value. You will partner closely with Sales to shape technical conversations, guide high-velocity opportunities, and help move prospects from evaluation to decision. The role also plays a key part in bringing customer feedback back into the organization to inform product direction, enablement, and documentation.

Compensation: $182,000 – $226,000 annually

• Partner with Sales to communicate the company's value proposition and strategy
• Own technical engagement with customers to support and close high-velocity opportunities
• Deliver product and technical presentations to customers
• Proactively communicate customer feedback to internal teams
• Drive product discussions based on customer interactions
  
  Enhance documentation and create enablement materials such as blog posts and videos

• 5+ years of technical pre-sales experience, preferably with Open Source technologies or in the Metrics/Monitoring space
• Strong judgment, collaboration, and leadership skills in a startup environment
• Excellent written and oral communication skills for effective collaboration with remote teams and customers
• Technical mindset with a desire for continuous growth and problem-solving
• Self-motivated and creative, with a history of taking initiative
