Position: Associate Vice President (AVP) of PMO and Delivery US Operations (Fully Remote)

• Executive leadership role unifying PMO and Delivery Lead functions across complex technology engagements.
• Oversee end-to-end delivery health, including methodology, governance, budgets, and client outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own performance, quality, and delivery outcomes across PMO and Delivery Lead functions.
• Partner with senior leadership to establish strategic objectives and manage enterprise-level KPIs.
• Act as executive escalation point and trusted advisor for high-priority client engagements.

Qualifications &

Experience:

• 15+ years in technology services with at least 7 years in senior leadership.
• Proven track record leading project delivery, budgets of $10M+, and governance frameworks.
• Deep knowledge of Agile, Scrum, SAFe, and Waterfall methodologies, with PMP or similar certifications preferred.
