Working Arrangement:
Primarily remote with occasional onsite travel
We are currently seeking experienced Service Now professionals to support exciting US federal government and defence programmes based in Honolulu, Hawaii.
We have two opportunities available for experienced Business Process Consultants and Technical Architects, supporting complex government environments and enterprise Service Now implementations.
Available Positions- Business Process Consultant – Honolulu, HI
- Active US Top Secret security clearance.
- Previous experience supporting US federal government or defence programmes.
- Relevant Service Now experience aligned with the position.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to travel onsite as required.
- Relevant Service Now certifications, including:
- Certified System Administrator (CSA).
- One or more Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certifications.
- Initial two weeks onsite in Honolulu for onboarding and project setup.
- Following onboarding, a predominantly remote working arrangement.
- Approximately six additional onsite trips throughout the engagement.
- Travel requirements may fluctuate depending on project needs.
- All required business travel expenses will be covered.
