The Pro Active Technology Group is seeking a NOC Engineer - Backup, Alerts & Patch Remediation to work remotely part-time. The role ensures the health of managed client fleets by keeping backups restorable, fixing alerts promptly, and closing patch and vulnerability gaps.
ET business hours with occasional overnight checks and escalations form the schedule. You will triage backup jobs, remediate Ninja One alerts, apply patches, and report on compliance.
