Ntiva, Inc. is seeking a Security Analyst I for a remote role. You will be the first line of defense against cyber threats, monitor dashboards, triage incidents, secure accounts, and escalate complex issues. You will work with the security team and communicate with clients to resolve incidents.
Requirements include 3-5 years in IT, hands-on experience with EDR/SIEM tools, and experience using Connect Wise Manage for tickets. Domestic travel is infrequent, with remote work flexibility.
